F22 Raptor

I almost didn’t buy this kit (Italeri 1/48 F22 Raptor).
I kept looking at it, and looking at it, and finally, I reluctantly decided to get it. I’m glad I did.
It’s a good model, very nice to build. It went together quite easily with no ill-fitting parts.
I used Testors Model Masters Light Ghost Gray, Light Gray, and Dark Gull Gray.
The bottom of the wing has folding doors for the missiles.
It comes as a four-piece section, but I replaced it using a sheet of poly styrene. I used a scribe to etch the panel lines onto it.
I also used MV lenses for the formation lights.
