This is the Tamiya 1/48 model Spitfire, reproducing the Spit that Lance Wade flew.
He was an American pilot who was the highest scoring Ace in the RAF until he was killed in Africa in 1943.
I used Testors Model Masters to paint it. Middlestone and Dark Earth were used on the fuselage and the top of the wing.
The bottom of the wing was done in Azure Blue.
