M353 A5

The M353 A5 kit is part of Bandai’s E.F.G.F. Platoon Briefing Set. I replaced all the molded on grab handles with brass wire ones. Before I started this, I didn’t realize how may there were. It took a lot of time and brass wire, but the effect was worth it. Everything else was done as an out of the box kit.
The kit was pointed using Floquil and Model Master colors and weathered with Winsor Newton oils.
I later used the kit as the basis for the recovery vehicle in the “Look Buddy. We Tol You No Checks” diorama ( found elsewhere in Bizzaro Land.)
