Shrimp Boat

Shrimp Boats are a-coming!

 

Even modelers get hungry, so I have been known to sneak out to the grocery store upon occasion to pick up some honey turkey and butter bread. On a recent trip, I stumbled on a rather unusual way to showcase shrimp.  My grocery store parked a miniature pirogue filled with ice and shrimp In the middle of the aisle.

 

 

I had to take this shot several times as the store employees incorrectly thought I wanted them in the picture. No photo-bombing here!

 

And since fresh seafood is so delicious, I thought I‘d include a video from Emeril Lagasse for Crawfish Etouffee  . . .  Bon appetite! (Oops! That’s from a different TV chef!)
