This early ‘50s flea bag apartment started life as Downtown Decors’ Adams Ave part 3 building, which is described as a typical skid row/downtown hotel.
Made of Hydrocal, Rueben Feuge made several customizations to the kit.
He added a Tichy fire escape and scratch built the water tower and the awnings.
The sign for the “Upside Down Ram Bar’ was made from a beer bottle cap.
